Harmful to import parts without the approval and implementation of the Directive on the approval 2007/46/UE
SPCM occurred writing to the Minister of Transport in the two cases. Through our borders penetrate the Polish market and the automotive parts throughout the EU without the approval of a risk to clients and provides unfair competition for our producers for low prices.
Our approval system is not adapted to the EU. Officials of the former Ministry of Infrastructure not able to implement the requirements of Directive 2007/46 / EU by the EU within the prescribed time limit.
Confirmation of this is the judgment of the ECJ (Sixth Chamber) of 27 October 2011, the weaknesses of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions on the part of the Polish state.
Proposed by the officials of the records in the Traffic Act were harmful to producers and the Polish economy. We played against them to entries together with SDCM. If Poland would have to pay the penalty for not placing the date of the Directive they should pay it from their own pockets officials under the law on financial liability of officials for decisions that cause harm (Dz.U.11.34.173). We will monitor it.
To cooperate with other companies and organize clusters must first know: how and why?
To the company had ensured the development of SMEs in the coming future will have to be innovative (which does not mean to offer products at low prices) and this requires the cooperation of science. And must be able to operate on the global market. Must have good cooperative relations arranged for access to information technology and strategic. Must be able to influence the creation of the legislative environment to ensure the defense of their interests. There are other considerations that are not mentioned. Therefore, organizing a group of companies, consortia and clusters will be an inevitable necessity.
Joining the group, consortium, or association and to cooperate must precede change the mentality of the business owner. This is the biggest barrier to realization of the necessity of such action. On our side, and the SPCM fan page on Facebook launched a forum to allow discussion of "pros and cons' thesis posed here. We want to know how you see the organization of cooperation in science, how to organize into new markets, such as lay cooperative relations. Good designs and ideas useful to everyone.
